to identify skills and talents and train residents of three rural neighborhoods in the municipality of Nazar\u00e9 Paulista, in the state of S\u00e3o Paulo, to create and develop products that favor sustainable practices and that are capable of generating additional income for families.<\/p><p>A ideia do projeto passa por\u00a0identificar o perfil do grupo e suas habilidades produtivas; estimular a capacidade individual e coletiva para cria\u00e7\u00e3o e realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de planos futuros; promover a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para a confec\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos sustent\u00e1veis; estimular a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos sustent\u00e1veis; e elaborar um plano de a\u00e7\u00f5es futuras com base nos empreendimentos e atividades
